Is the price per location or per business?
Each plan includes a set number of locations and staff accounts. An additional location is quoted as an add-on, so a two-site business does not pay for capacity it does not use.
Which currency and region apply?
Indicative prices are shown in USD. Regional pricing applies by market, and the final rate, currency and payment method are confirmed in your quote.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Annual billing includes two months free compared with twelve monthly payments. Monthly billing remains available.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. A growing business can move up as it adds locations or business types. Historical data, staff accounts and reporting continuity stay in the same business account.
What does onboarding include?
Setup covers the business profile, branding, locations, roles, payment methods and initial configuration. The exact scope — including data migration and training — is agreed in the quote.
Is there a free trial?
We start with a guided demo against your real workflow. If a trial workspace is appropriate, it is arranged as part of the conversation rather than as an unattended signup.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices exclude applicable taxes. The quote states the tax treatment for your country and entity.
Do you charge for support?
Support is included according to the plan — email, email and WhatsApp, priority, or dedicated. Additional support arrangements can be quoted separately.
